Via 313 specializes in authentic Detroit-style pizza — baked in square steel pans, creating a thick, crispy cheese-edged crust with a light and airy interior. The sauce goes on top of the cheese, and we use premium Wisconsin brick cheese for that signature caramelized crust that Detroit pizza is famous for.
