Pizza Cook / Line Cook
Be the heart of our kitchen. As a Pizza Cook at Via 313, you'll master the art of Detroit-style pizza — from hand-stretching dough and layering premium toppings to monitoring our signature square pies through the bake. Speed, consistency, and passion are your top tools.
- 1+ year experience in a kitchen environment preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-temperature environment
- Strong attention to detail and food safety knowledge
- Dependable, punctual, and a team player
Front of House Team Member
You're the face of Via 313. Front of House Team Members greet guests, take orders with accuracy, handle payments, and ensure every customer leaves with a smile. Your energy and warmth set the tone for the entire dining experience.
- Friendly, outgoing, and customer-service oriented
- Experience with POS systems is a plus
- Excellent communication and multitasking skills
- Ability to work evenings and weekends
Shift Supervisor
Step into a leadership role and help guide our team through successful service periods. As Shift Supervisor, you'll manage daily operations, coordinate kitchen and FOH staff, handle escalations, and ensure our quality standards are maintained across every shift.
- Minimum 2 years of restaurant experience, including supervisory duties
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Food Handler Certification required (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to work opening and closing shifts
Delivery Driver
Bring the Detroit-style goodness directly to our customers' doors. As a Delivery Driver for Via 313, you'll be responsible for timely, safe, and friendly delivery of orders throughout the Houston metro area. Your reliability keeps our customers coming back.
- Valid Texas driver's license and clean driving record
- Reliable personal vehicle and current auto insurance
- Familiarity with Houston roads and navigation apps
- Professional, courteous, and customer-focused attitude
Catering & Events Coordinator
Help grow our catering and events business by managing client relationships, coordinating large-order logistics, and ensuring every off-site event is executed flawlessly. You'll work closely with the management team to bring the Via 313 experience to offices, weddings, and private events across Houston.
- 2+ years of event coordination or catering management experience
- Outstanding organizational and client communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple events simultaneously under deadlines
- Proficiency with scheduling tools and Microsoft Office suite
